Dear Math Night Participants and Supporters,
As the year comes to a close, we are excited to share ways that 2020 propelled the Math for Adults Foundation into supporting parents and students with math online. We invite you to support our work with a monthly gift of $10, $25, or $100. See ww.mapsfoundation.com/donate.

Ask Dr. Knapp! A public facebook group has been set up for parents and teachers who have tried a MAPS activity and would like to share photos, video, and comments. Parents may also ask questions and share ways they are bringing math into their families. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1017338681958439
Math Problems Explained! Dr. Knapp has been posting short YouTube video clips of the Math for Parents Curriculum and of K-12 math problems.

Looking forward to 2021
In 2021 we are excited to expand our Virtual Math Night offerings. We also look forward to providing additional training for both the Quinta Bechtel Orphanage volunteers as well as for the LifeChangers Legacy prison returning citizens program. Finally, we are expanding our Professional Learning Team.
We thank each and every one who has provided support in the past year. We are currently seeking matching funds to provide additional Virtual Math Nights for schools. $100 would provide matching funds for one school or district. We would like to especially thank The University of Georgia for loaning math materials and Illinois State University for providing a zoom room for our September 24 Virtual Math Night. Secondly, we give a shout out to Southern Crescent Technical College (SCTC) for providing a student assistant. SCTC also printed Math for Parents Spanish curriculum for the Quinta Bechtel Orphanage in Argentina where Dr. Doris Christopher, retired University of Georgia administrator, will be setting up learning centers. We were pleased to have Dr. Christopher attend our Virtual Math Night for training on the curriculum. Finally, we welcome Ms. Luann Stoller and Mr. Ned Stoller as blog editors and Ms. Julie Joiner as an Advisory Board member.
We wish you and yours a meaningful holiday season and family math fun in 2021!
